SEVA BOOKINGS

Users/ visitors/Devotees of the temple can book for sevas either through the mobile app or through the website www.sripuram.org Sevas are performed at the temple on a daily basis, except for some of the sevas, which are performed once a month. Verify the Sri Narayani Peedam or Sripuram Calendar for these special dates to know when the sevas are performed.

Seva Bookings specifically performed every month for a one year period, including Gho Pooja Seva, Chandi Yagam Seva, Pournami Yagam Seva and Archana Seva can be done only for an individual. If there are two or more people in the family, one has to book for each seva independently against a particular name. Prasadam will be dispatched through Indian Postal Service or a third party courier service. Sripuram or Sri Narayani Peedam is not responsible for the delivery of prasadam. Incase you do not receive the Prasadam, report it immediately to the Sripuram office, so that appropriate action could be taken. Seva bookings will be confirmed subject to payment realisation.

If you paying by cheque or cash deposit, kindly give two days time for the Sripuram office admin to receive the credit into the account and confirm the seva booking. It's best suggest to followup with Sripuram office admin to confirm the booking after two days. Online payment through credit or debit card is instant. You shall receive a confirmation /receipt for the same online. Save it for future reference by taking a print out and bringing it along to the temple during your visit. However, it's best suggested to call the Sripuram admin office to confirm your booking. Cancellation / Refund of seva after booking is not allowed. Users / visitors/devotees have the choice to renew the seva after the one year period.

ROOM RESERVATIONS

Users/ visitors/Devotees of the temple can submit their request for accommodation reservation in the temple guest houses, either through the mobile app or through the website www.sripuram.org Room Reservation request submitted through the mobile app or through the website www.sripuram.org will be reverted by the next day. It's best suggested to call the Sripuram admin office / room reservations manager to confirm your booking. Room Reservations are subject to availability. Room Reservations will be confirmed subject to payment realisation.

If you paying by cheque or cash deposit, kindly give two days time for the Sripuram office admin to receive the credit into the account and confirm the room reservation. It's best suggest to followup with Sripuram office admin to confirm the room reservation after two days. It's best suggested to reserve the rooms in advance to avoid disappointments due to last minute booking.

Online payment through credit or debit card is instant. You shall receive a confirmation /receipt for the same online. Save it for future reference by taking a print out and bringing it along to the guest house during your visit. However, it's best suggested to call the Sripuram admin office or room reservations manager to confirm your booking. Refer to the cancellation policy for detailed room reservation service. Cancellation of room reservation within 24 hours of the intended date of arrival will lead to complete loss of room reservation charges.

DONATIONS

Users/ visitors/Devotees of the temple can submit their interest to donate to the social service projects / charitable initiatives of Sripuram and Sri Narayani Peedam represented by Om Sakthi Narayani Siddar Peedam Charitable Trust or Sri Sakthi Amma Healthcare Trust or Sri Sakthi Amma Education Trust or Sri Sakthi Amma Tribal Welfare Trust. If you donating by cheque or cash deposit, kindly give two days time for the Sripuram office admin to receive the credit into the account and confirm the receipt. It's best suggest to followup with Sripuram office admin to confirm the receipt of donation. Online donation, payment through credit or debit card is instant. You shall receive a confirmation /receipt for the same online. Save it for future reference by taking a print out and bringing it along to the temple during your visit, incase you require a formal printed copy of the receipt.Cancellation / Refund of donation after donation is not allowed.
