Sri Sakthi Amma has created self help groups that empower rural under privileged women with vocational stalls and employment for a sustainable live hood this project provides employment to women through various simple manual  lab our including preparation of turmeric powder, rose water, Panchetailam(five types of oils) and cleaning powder, production of kumkuma other pooja items and also hand made eco friendly packing material this initiative has created sustainable development and enhanced the quality of their life in the rural areas surroundings the quality of their life in the rural areas surrounding Thirumalaikodi.
